1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (U.S. only):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
4. Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs (if applicable), weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is delayed, please contact us at ongousa@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
ONGO USA is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us at ongousa@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a reasonable solution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. ONGO USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
